Golot Cheese

It is a white porous, rough and crusty cheese type from the Brine family, made from sheep and cow milk belonging to Balıkesir and Bursa regions. It is eaten after maturing for 3-4 months. It is a cheese that has been produced for 200 years with the initiation of immigrant albanians who used to breed livestock in the Ottoman period.
